Running a debate club means keeping track of who showed up, who’s entered in which tournament, whose permission form is still missing, and who owes fees. This tracker puts it all in one colour-coded workbook, so the answers are on one dashboard instead of scattered across notes, emails and sticky notes.

What’s inside (7 colour-coded tabs)

• Dashboard: your next tournament plus eight at-a-glance tiles: members, average attendance, upcoming tournaments, teams entered, fees collected, fees still owing, students missing permission forms or fees, and students missing Google Forms. They update on their own.
• Roster: type each student once. Names carry over to every other tab and to the dropdown lists. Room for 30 students.
• Attendance: pick Present, Late, Absent or Excused for each student at each meeting. Totals and attendance percentages calculate automatically. Type your first date and the other weeks fill in. Room for 20 meetings.
• Tournaments: list each tournament with its date, location, format, registration deadline and status. Room for 12 tournaments.
• Tournament Teams: one row per team. Pick the tournament and partners from dropdowns, record the parent volunteer, then add results and feedback afterwards. Room for 40 teams.
• Permissions & Fees: track permission forms and fees paid, with balance owing and items still needed calculated for you.
• Google Forms: rename the eight form columns to your own forms and mark who has completed each one.
